Sports West Indoor Cycling

Cycling 101

Of course we can teach these classes better than anyone else because we have the new Matrix ICG7 bikes. If you haven't used them before, we have a FREE intro class on the first Saturday of every month, 8- 8:30AM with Trainer and Cycling Instructor Sandi Meyer.

Next Cycling 101 class will be on Saturday, April 7th at 8 AM.

NEW AQUATICS CLASS

Lap Swim 101

With Master Swim Coach Scott Young

BEGINS APRIL 18th, 2018 AT 4:30 PM.

Learn the basics of lap swimming, so that you too can get a great workout in the pool!

Class will include: pool etiquette, lane sharing, choosing your lane, using a pace clock, breathing technique, necessary equipment, how to read a swim workout, dry land and in-water instruction, freestyle stroke development, introduction to the 4 competitive strokes (fly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle.) Sports West Master Swim Coach Scott Young will teach this once a month class, open to all members who want to learn!
