As the days get shorter Sports West Personal Training challenges you to make your horizons wider!
Maybe you've been meaning to try one of our heart-pumping cycle classes, or maybe you've seen your fellow SWAC members working it to the max at the SWAC HIIT Station and you're been wanting to check it out.
Well, now is the time!
We challenge YOU to attend 12 High-Metabolism INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) classes from our Group Fitness Schedule
Attend 12 of the classes that qualify (listed below), in any combination, (and at no cost!)
Fill out the SWAC HIIT Class Tracking Sheet
as you go. When you've got 12 classes, submit the completed form to one of our Fitness Staff.
You'll then be entered into our SWACfit October Challenge drawing for one of 5 prizes (listed below)
