The Benefits of Kettlebell Training
During our 1/2 hour Kettlebell eXpress classes, you will perform a variety of exercises with kettlebells, including swings, clean and jerks, snatches and lifts which develop strength, power endurance, dynamic flexibility, percision and timing. During One 1/2 hour kettlebell session, you can burn as many calories as you would during a 1 full hour on the elliptical machine!

Not only will you be training power, endurance and strength, but kettlebell training is far and away the best functional training out there!
For those who pursue athletic competition, be it running, cycling skiing or martial arts, kettlebell training develops core strength, power and endurance that will complement your performance, whatever your goals are.
Sports West's Kettlebell eXpress classes will take place 2 times per week, 1/2 hour each class. Classes will be limited to 10 participants. Therefore, these classs are basically semi-private personal training sessions!

Mondays & Wednesdays - 3:00 to 3:30 pm
Wednesday Evenings - 6:30 to 7:00 pm
Friday Afternoon - 1:30 to 2:00 pm
Saturday Morning - 8:00 am - 8:30 am
