Sports West's Kettlebell Blast!
During our 1/2 hour Kettlebell Blast! class, you will perform a variety of exercises with kettlebells including swings, clean & press, high-pulls, lunges and a variety of other lifts which develop strength, power endurance, dynamic flexibility, percision and timing. During One 1/2 hour kettlebell session, you can burn as many calories as you would during a 1 full hour on the elliptical machine!

Not only will you be training power, endurance and strength, but kettlebell training is far and away the best functional training out there.
For those who pursue athletic competition, be it running, cycling skiing or martial arts, kettlebell training develops core strength, power and endurance that will complement your performance, whatever your goals are.
Currently, we offer Kettlebell Blast! on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:00 pm.
We do recommend that participants have an intermediate to advanced level of fitness:
You should be able to engage in medium to high intensity cardio exercise for 1/2 to 1 hour,

Good core strength is also important to safe, effective kettlebell training.
Classes will be limited to 10 participants.
If you're new to Kettlebells, no worries! We'll give you the express kettlebell swing
instruction and you'll be on your way!
