What exactly IS Boot Camp?
Sports West Fitness Boot Camp is a focused, directed program designed to produce measurable results in your fitness level and
weight-loss over a 4-week session. The Boot Camp format incorporates kickboxing,
kettlebells, body-weight exercises, exertubing, sports drills and agility challenges. Each class is a new workout
offering a new challenge!

Class Times: 5:45 to 6:45 AM, Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
7:00 to 8:00 AM on Saturdays - Taught by Certified Trainer Michelle Brunelli
