  • Classes meet 3 times per week
  • Program lasts 8 weeks.
  • Includes a dietary program provided by nationally recognized Diet Master Pro and is geared towards accelerated weight loss!
  • Includes two additional alternate days a week for weight-loss group coaching
  • Cost: $365 for the 8-week program including Diet Master Pro Weight-Loss Program.
    (for past Bootcamp participants returning, cost is $315.)

Two Bootcamps at Two Times in 2010!
Bootcamp AM Bootcamp AM will take place at the usual, bright-and-early 5:45 to 6:45 AM time,Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Get a great workout before you start your day and you'll be feeling great as you work towards your goals!
Starts March 29th, 2010.
Bootcamp PM Bootcamp PM is our new Bootcamp Session for those who need a great workout in the evenings. Bootcamp PM will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 PM on Tuesday & Thursday Evenings plus a third class on Saturdays from 7 to 8 AM!
Starts on March 30th, 2010.
(Participants must sign up for either Bootcamp AM or PM - may not mix sessons.)
