Join us for Fitness Classes in February!

This month, Sports West Personal Training challenges you to attend 12 or more Sports West Group Fitness classes before February 29th, 2020. Keep track on the Class Participation Form. Once you've attended and recorded 12 classes, submit to one of our trainers, and your name will be entered into our SWACfit PRIZE DRAWING (to take place at the end of the month). This year, you have an extra day since 2020 is a leap year!

Once you have your Class Participation Form, Attend 12 or more classes throughout the month and be sure to get the class instructors' signatures to verify your attendance! Once your form is completed, please submit to one of our fitness staff and/or trainers to be entered into the prize drawing (see prize list below).
