The new Group Fitness Schedule will start on May 14th, 2008 and will feature two sessions of Zumba per week!
Join Molly on Wednesdays at 8:00 am, and
John on Wednesdays at 4:30 pm!
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away!
This Exercise in Disguise will leave you wondering whether or not it was a workout or a party!

Are your cardio workouts doing you any good?
Well, one way to make sure that they are is to know what your minimum and maximum heart rates are. That way, you can make sure that you are in your target range! Simply fill in your age in the form below. The Minimum rate reflects 60% of your max, which would be the lowest rate you register for a workout. This would be for easy workout days. The Maximum rate reflects 85%, which would be the highest rate you should reach during your workouts. This would be the rate you would sustain for a very strenous workout.
